OLSEN SULLIVAN is a New York-based design studio spanning residential and boutique commercial projects, with a focus on architectural seduction, tailored minimalism, and a sensitivity to how space is inhabited. Each project is a new narrative structure guided by mood, desire, and lived experience, blending traditional and modern sensibilities.

Co-principals Nicolas Olsen and Molly Sullivan studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology and founded their firm in 2025, following more than a decade in styling and creative services for brands including JIL SANDER, HELMUT LANG, BARNEYS NEW YORK, and NET-A-PORTER.
